* Important Information *

If you have missed submitting a payment by the shutoff notice due date, our system will NOT allow you to pay online or through the automated phone system. If this occurs, please contact our customer service department during our normal business hours 810-233-3113 => option 1 => option 2 => option 3) for balance and payment options. Please make every effort to send the payment several days prior to the due date. Please note, payments are unavailable from 6PM Wednesday to 7AM Thursday

How to pay your bill

For your convenience, the amount due is clearly indicated on your individual monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly statement, which will reflect your meter readings, reading dates, consumption, and itemized charges. In order to avoid late charges, your bill must be paid by 5:00pm EST on the due date. We cannot honor postmark dates.

*Please note your due date will vary slightly from month to month.

Autopay!

Autopay is completed through our online bill payment service, please register/sign into your account to set up autopay.

Autopay is a FREE way to pay your bill.  FREE FREE FREE!!!!! Also, autopay is the best way to ensure uninterrupted service.

Pay Online

You will need to create a user name and password if you do not have one. Click on ‘Log In To My Account’ near the top right above to access your account or to register for a new online account CLICK HERE. After you fill out the form in the link, you will be provided with a username and password.

Pay By Phone

Have your account number and 4 digit security code on hand.

For Automated payments

To speak with a representative

Pay By Mail

Please enclose payment along with bill stub to:
(Please write the amount on the bill stub)

*When paying by mail please mail your payment at least 10 days before due date to ensure it is received on time.

Understanding Your Water Bill

Date the bill is issued

Date your current charges are due

If the account is past due, the balance due and due date are reflected here. This balance is due first to prevent shut off.

Current Charges will still be due on current due date.

Past Due balance plus Current Charges equals Total Amount Due.

Payment of this amount will leave account balance at $0.00 until next billing cycle.

If paying after due date, please pay late amount due.
