If you have utility submetering and are collecting utility usage data, we will sync your resident’s usage data and provide utility billing based on usage. If you do not wish to use utility submeters, we are able to provide utility billing using a RUBS formula based on factors defined by you.
We have tailored utility billing solutions for all types of scenarios. We can bill residences based on usage for the utilities that are submetered and bill the same residence based on a RUBS formula for utilities that are not submetered
In addition to utility billing, we can also provide billing for other services and fees such as cable TV, Internet, garage fees and pet fees. And residents can pay their bills via their account online, by phone and of course by mail. For added convenience, residents can set up auto pay and we will automatically draft their payments from their bank account.
